• Title Page – Include contact information, word count, title, author name, and genre
• Front Matter – Dedication, Copyright Page, Table of Contents, and Introduction, if applicable
• Back Matter – Acknowledgments, Bio with Photo
• Times New Roman Font – Size 12
• Use 1” Margins
• Double Spaced
• Page Break After Each Chapter
• Page Numbers
• Book Name & Author’s Name on Each Page
• Edit and Proofread!
